If you are a bachelor hunting for a home in National Games Village (NGV) in Koramangala, then beware of this guy Sathish Chetan.

He will have his numbers pasted around NGV offering cheap single rooms for rent. He will take you to the NGV club promising that you can use his gym membership (truth is he hasn't paid money and has been barred there)

He will show you to place and offer you the best facilities like no electricity bills, no maintenance charges, fridge and geyser provisions. This he says is part of the rent itself and is a perfect plan to get money from you. But once he gets the money, you can expect his behaviour to change.

If you pay him in cash, then forget getting your deposit back. He will come regularly come drunk and sleep in your place.

He will always have keys of your home which he can enter at any time. There have been instances where he has also hit people and talks about his political connections.

He has been to the police station multiple times and the police know he is a fraud. But because he refuses to give agreement copy, the police can't convict him.

Which may be the case when you are reading this, then don't argue with him when he is drunk. He can turn violent and cause physical harm. Go to the police station and register a complaint against him.
